You can buy groceries at the local grocery store "Utö Handel" all year around.

There is no camping site on Utö, but several local accommodation providers look forward to hearing from you.

Rental Apartments

Öjar Utveckling, which is owned by the Local Heritage Society, rents out apartments on the island. Starting next fall, some of the apartments will become available.

Guest Harbour

Boaters can berth their vessels either to the main pier of the village where Hannas Horisont offers guest harbour services or to the Utö Havshotel pier.
