Gamla PostenUtö Local Heritage Society provides accommodation in the island’s old post office, Gamla Posten. Gamla Posten is located in the basement of the village hall. There are two separate entrances on this floor. One takes you to the main room that features for example the beds. The other door leads to the bathroom.Facilities

• 2 bunk beds (for 4 persons in total)

• cushion and duvet in every bed, some blankets

• kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, hot plate and kitchenware

• dining area equipped with dining table, four chairs and bookcase

• no running water or drain system in the main room

• running water (hot and cold) is available in the bathroom, where you can also wash dishes

• separate entrance to the bathroom

• bathroom equipped with toilets, handheld bidet and wash basin

PracticesYou will need to bring your own bed linen and pillowcases (no sleeping bags), in addition to bath and kitchen towels. Maximum length for a stay is one week. The price is 70€ per night, not dependent on the number of guests. However, the maximum number of guests is 4 and there are no extra beds available. Pets are not allowed.Please enter the dates of your stay in the reservation calendar and check the availability of Gamla Posten.If the dates of your stay are available (green), book the accommodation by sending email to utohembygds@gmail.com. Write your name, email, phone and the dates you are booking in the email. You will receive a confirmation for your booking from utohembygds@gmail.com.
